Our Palouse Gold Aged Wheat Whiskey begins with wheat from the Palouse region of Washington State and is aged for three years in American white oak barrels.  Our Palouse Gold Aged Wheat Whiskey is the first aged whiskey crafted on Whidbey  Island and is a true example of our "grain to glass" approach to our hand-crafted spirits.  It is best appreciated neat but plays well with a splash of water or ice.
